I love the funkiness in it no doubt it was hailed one of the best Xbox games. Imagine the rush and adrenaline running through your veins with such daredevil and near blindness flight!

Thanks for the helpful article. After poking around with the SVG Rendering Engine for a while, I ultimately decided to load svg documents using generic xml/dom processing tools (using System.Xml.Linq.XElement). This does require stacking your own transformations and interpolating through curves on your own, but otherwise makes it much easier to find and use any svg data you'd like. Best.

"This game is amazingly addictive. This trailer doesn’t do it justice. It’s highly polished and has great retro action. One of the best Indie Games for sure…Thanks for the post."

Addictive is an understatement, I bought this game a week ago and me and my kids had a blast playing. Great game to play with your kids.

I found a bug. I have a controller which is apparently calibrated slightly differently from the average. The stick can get right into the lower left corner - coordinate 0,65535. In this position the ship doesn't move!

Also a suggestion. I play the game with the trigger held down almost all the time. This seems pointless (and makes my finger sore). Why not eliminate the need to press the trigger? Just have the ship fire continuously. I suppose sometimes you want to take a rest from firing - when you're waiting for one of those sideways-flying enemies holding a powerup. In this case the fire button could be a toggle.

This brings back so many great memories of older games that I used to play in my childhood. Is this out yet? I bought an xbox specifically for this! I hope the graphics are better than they used to be hahaha.

Thanks for making this post. It's funny how hard it is to find this stuff. The program is simple to use once you know, but getting to that point isn't easy. I never had problems with clipping sounds, I just want the music to fade out when there's nothing else playing. But you can get XACT to cross fade multiple sounds or music automatically with limit instances, and settings for amount of cross fade. But this wouldn't help if your sounds are clipping. I guess you could also fix that with a WAV editor.

Thanks again,
Jason Doucette
